Any returns must be authorized by Home Optical's credit department before it is returned to us.
We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt and the reason for the return. After that, it must arrive within (5) five days
for a full money refund. Items must arrive in perfect condition, unused, unworn and free of any
odors or mistreated. Packaging should be in the same condition as it was received. No returns wil be accepted or refunded
without the (RAN) Return Authorization Number. Only after Items have been received and inspected by us.
