The items shown in our catalog are usually ordered from the manufacture or
one of its distributors after your order has been placed. Orders that are
placed before 1:00 PM EST will most
likely begin processing the same day; otherwise your order may not begin
processing until the following business day. In most cases, except on holidays
or weekends, the orders department will process all orders.
The availability of the product changes simultaneously, so we cannot guarantee
the availability of any item. However, we can guarantee that the products we

approximately 5-10 (usually 4-7) business days for processing.
For Lens orders including Zeiss® or Crizal® anti-glare

Please be advised that the processing times for lenses are estimated. In some
cases, custom lenses can take up to 2-4 weeks to process due to manufacturing

About Back-Orders:
The manufacturers & distributors we receive product from will sometimes
place an item on back-order if it is not currently available. Other times, we
may not be able to supply a certain item because it is un-available at the time
of your order. If this is the situation with your order, you are usually
informed immediately via email of the back-order, and the estimated arrival
date.
Back-Order items are usually under this same status nationwide.
Back-Order dates are estimated, and the merchandise can arrive earlier or later
than the date we provide, however you will be informed if your back-order date
is later than we originally notified you of, or if the item is available, your
order status will reflect that your order is Processing and in most cases you
will receive an email once your order is shipped.
Your account will not be charged for the item(s) unless the item(s) are
available and is ready to ship out. You have the option to cancel any items
that are on back-order, while it is on back-order, without being charged any
cancellation fee. If you have multiple items in your order, we will only charge
you the shipping fee we originally charged you for the entire order and the
remaining items will ship out at no extra shipping fee once they arrive off of
back-order.

Discontinued Items:
We try to keep our online catalog with the most current styles. But since the

Item Shipping Rate System
Our Shipping System is based on Items. Every product has a
Shipping Item Value. Shipping Costs begin with your First 2 Items. Anything
Under 2 Items will be still charged the Minimum Shipping Amount. All Additional
Items (Over 2 items) will be charged the Addition Item fee for that Shipping
Method.
